Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior Operations leadership to identify business improvement initiatives and projects, providing the necessary financial data to track historical performance and forecast future opportunities, including but not limited to site capacity analysis.
Develop financial models to evaluate strategic business decisions, independently delivering relevant ad-hoc analyses, including but not limited to footprint analysis.
Lead projects aimed at enhancing profitability, including but not limited to product-level gross margin analysis.
Undertake additional tasks as directed by finance and business leadership.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Over ten years’ experience in Finance, with expertise in Cost Accounting and/or Supply Chain Finance.
Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a focus on connecting financial outcomes to operational and market drivers; highly detail-oriented.
Excellent ability to translate technical decisions and strategies into business terms and implications, producing clear and accessible documentation for a broad audience.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, action-oriented approach; consistently aims for simplification and transparency while considering potential outcomes from multiple perspectives.
Team-oriented with a high degree of personal responsibility and integrity.
Skilled in navigating ambiguity, showing initiative, and confidently managing conflict and challenging conversations, particularly during periods of change.
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple complex tasks within time-sensitive deadlines.
Advanced proficiency with financial systems and applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
