The Enterprise Operations Team within the corporate CFO organization drives the corporate integration and simplification initiative portfolio across different layers. The Change Management Lead – Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives is a crucial member of the Enterprise Operations team in maximizing the impact of our investment (portfolio). In this interdisciplinary role, you will be the go-to person to jointly develop communication as well as enablement content to address information, change management and up- and re-skilling needs that result from transformations.
Main responsibilities:
Working with Enterprise Operations leadership to develop change management plans to support strategic initiatives.
Translating change resulting from global projects and initiatives into curated function-specific enablement solutions.
Identifying and developing change plans to mitigate risks of new initiatives and foster adoption.
Developing communication plans in partnership with HR and leadership to drive engagement and understanding across teams.
Designing and implementing change management and communication strategies, based on state-of-the-art measures and channeling to secure awareness and buy-in to change resulting from activities.
Training team members in change management best practices & providing self-service change management tool kit.
Helping to build the proper (internal) stakeholder engagement model and guiding teams to effectively nurture and motivate the engagement community.
Being an advocate for team members across the organization.
Key requirements:
A BA/BS degree (Communications, Social Science, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field is preferred).
8+ years of related experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate and lead within a regulated environment.
English language skills at C1+ level (both written and verbal).
A proven track record in developing strategies to lead teams through complex change, and in supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent understanding of current trends and research in the Learning and Development industry (corporate learning, adult learning, etc.).
Expertise in dealing with all levels of management and ability to work in a matrix organizational structure.
Results-driven with excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills in order to manage multiple project simultaneously.
Hold self and cross functional team members accountable for deliverables.
Ability to travel ~15% of time.
Ability to work from our office in Cracow at least 6 days per month.
