Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to surpass sales targets and revenue quotas.
- Generate accurate forecasts to drive business decisions effectively.
- Cultivate and nurture both existing and potential customer relationships, employing proactive outreach methods and participation in industry events.
- Conduct in-depth customer visits to understand their unique requirements, tailoring proposals to offer comprehensive solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities within client accounts, and ensure utmost satisfaction with our products and services.
- Employ an account mapping approach to pinpoint key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to compile technical resources and ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, preferably in molecular biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry.
- Strong grasp of cell biology and biochemistry principles.
- Proven track record in life sciences sales, particularly in pharma and capex business
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across various sectors.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with adept negotiation skills.
- Collaborative team player willing to share knowledge and support colleagues.
