Key Responsibilities
1.Assist senior engineer on 3D modeling, 2D drawing and BOM compilation via SolidWorks/AutoCAD for medical machine structures, plastic housings and mechanical assemblies.
2.Support prototype assembly, bench testing, reliability verification and design troubleshooting during sample and pilot stages.
3.Assist material selection, follow up machining, injection molding and sheet metal processing with external manufacturers.
4.Compile design files, test reports, change records and DFMEA documents to meet medical traceability & registration requirements.
5.Provide on-site technical support for production to resolve mechanical defects and optimize assembly process.
6.Track ECN implementation, coordinate with sourcing for alternative part validation and second-source development.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering or related engineering majors.
2.Fresh graduate or 1–3 years relevant experience; medical device industry background preferred.
3.Skilled at SolidWorks & AutoCAD for modeling, drafting and BOM preparation.
4.Basic knowledge of machining, plastic molding, sheet metal and common engineering material characteristics.
5.Basic understanding of ISO13485, IEC60601 and medical product development workflow is a plus.
6.Hands-on capability for prototype fitting, careful documentation habit and strong cross-team communication.
7.Proficient Excel; SAP experience is advantageous; basic English for drawing & spec reading.
