Overview:
After multiple acquisitions and a significant divestiture, Revvity is transforming its organizational structure, integrating acquisitions, and implementing new digital infrastructure. The Digital Finance Transformation Team within the corporate CFO organization drives the finance digital investment portfolio, constantly evolves and further digitizes our portfolio Management, and helps to execute initiatives towards our future finance digital ambition.
Key responsibilities
As an intern you will be supporting us in organizing and facilitating our project management and execution approach, collecting feedback constantly, and improving our data-driven processes. In addition, you will be involved in the preparation of stakeholder communication and enablement material, presentations to the Steering Committee, and workshop preparations. Further, you will be helping us with the development of a project portfolio concept, data governance concept, and change management toolbox. You will provide support in day-to-day business, but you will also assume full responsibility for clearly defined topics, which will give you a lot of practical experience and insights into the corporate world.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in Master’s degree focusing on finance, management, or IT.
- Prior internship experience in a multinational company/consultancy, e.g., in project management, finance or IT.
- Proven success in leading projects either at university or facilitating project management in corporate environment.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and project work experience.
- Customer-oriented, collaborative, pragmatic problem-solving, analytical thinking, and tech-savvy mindset.
- Team-player, independently and reliable, tackling topics hands-on and with a passion for details.
- Excellent skills in communicating in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work from our Cracow’s office 6 times per month.
