What You’ll Do:
As our HR Operations Specialist, you’ll provide end-to-end HR administrative and advisory support across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
Providing operational HR support to employees and managers in the UK, ensuring consistent application of employment policies and practices
Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, and all relevant employment documentation
Administering all operational and system events in the HR calendar (e.g., onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, contract changes, compensation adjustments, terminations)
Maintaining accurate employee records and master data in Workday, our global HRIS
Ensuring up-to-date digital and physical employee files in line with GDPR and responding to employee record requests
Serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers, resolving queries via phone and shared HR inbox
Managing and regularly updating our UK employee SharePoint portal
Monitoring and supporting process delivery (e.g., onboarding steps, training plans) and maintaining process documentation and SOPs
Acting as a back-up for other HR Operations colleagues in Europe
Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and digitisation
Performing regular data audits and generating standard HR reports for managers and internal stakeholders
What You Bring:
You’re committed to delivering outstanding service and thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment. You also bring:
Prior experience in HR operations, ideally supporting UK-based employees
Strong service mindset with excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of UK employment and payroll regulation
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems (highly beneficial)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems and tools
Good understanding of data protection and GDPR in a HR context
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse, remote team
A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
