Overview:
The Diagnostics Customer Application Support team is seeking a talented, hardworking Co-Op to join our team. The qualified individual will play an important role in supporting laboratory-based customers who use Revvity instrumentation and reagents, primarily in newborn screening applications.
The Customer Application Support team supports North American customers by providing troubleshooting help, customer training, deployments and optimizations for Revvity Diagnostic products. We take pride in supporting laboratories, as they utilize Revvity equipment and assays to detect life-threatening disorders through genetic screening. If a disorder is detected early enough, in some cases, disease and even death to the newborn can be avoided.
