Overview:

Our team is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to join us in our efforts to continue empowering customers around the world. As the Fulfillment Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all processes related to execution of order fulfilment, customer license management, and ensuring seamless customers on boarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Fulfillment Supervisor will be responsible for fulfillment team training, platform training, and support. Use your strong data analytics for business reporting and decision-making purposes to drive orders and revenue.
  • Identify and implement platforms and or processes to improve and automate fulfillment processes and drive technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and support project objectives, scope/requirements, and implementation.
  • Support Global Sales Team ensuring quotes are accurate and processed promptly for order and revenue attainment.
  • Support system integration team and R&D to develop best in class license apis that support entitlement and drive customer experience.
  • Understanding or on prem and Sass License models and multi tenancy customer environments.  
  • Understanding or project management methodologies, best practices and advanced technical problem-solving skills.
  • Provide cross functional teams customer usage metrics and analytics.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or information technology
  • A minimum of five years of related experience in software order fulfillment
  • Experience with Revenera licensing platform
  • Experience with Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and experience using MS office tools particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, particularly in the last two weeks of each quarter.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve efficiency
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models and multi-tenant environments
  • Knowledge of SQL for database management and data analytics
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Understanding system integrations and ability to troubleshoot order processing issues
  • Experience collaborating with vendors
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and independently lead projects driving efficiencies
  • Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to author work instruction documents
