- Achieve/exceed annual sales targets and KPIs within assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead qualification
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with scientists, lab managers, and procurement teams
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Provide consultative selling approach to understand customer workflows and challenges
- Collaborate with applications scientists and technical support teams
- Identify market trends and competitive landscape in genomics/life sciences
- Attend scientific conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Provide customer feedback to product management and R&D teams
- Work closely with inside sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Support contract negotiations and pricing discussions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to travel with short notice
- Good communication skill with internal customers, external customer, dealers and distributors
- Good local or remote trouble-shooting skill
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong PC skills including setup Microsoft Operating System and Office, configuring the computer hardware and peripheral
- Self-motivated
