Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity, serving as the vital connection between our customers and Revvity's internal operations. This entry to mid-level role offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of diagnostics and life sciences, where you'll orchestrate sponsor testing programs and coordinate global diagnostic initiatives that directly impact patient care. As the central point of contact, you'll collaborate with diverse teams—from R&D scientists and regulatory experts to ordering providers and logistics partners—while managing the complete lifecycle of customized patient sample collection kits and testing programs across multiple regions.

You'll have the autonomy to drive process improvements, manage medical device logistics, and ensure program success while building meaningful relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communications with the Laboratory, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Manufacturing, etc to define testing program needs and implement requirements based on program scope
- Close working relationship with Business Development and Marketing to define program scope and support contract execution for both Customer testing programs and internal Marketing projects
- Create, execute, and track program details, identify potential roadblocks early on and define risk mitigation
- Manage and maintain business relationship with customer through reoccurring meetings, phone and email interactions (occasional face to face meetings required). Ability to develop a strong customer relationship, maintain a high level of customer service
- Oversee the development of the program and direct point of contact post launch to ensure all aspects of the testing program are aligned for both internal and external requirements
- Ability to work with diverse cross functional teams on a global platform
- Support inventory management, including but not limited to, evaluating min/ max levels, reviewing and implementing design changes, reporting monthly usage and costs
- Performs other special projects or duties as assigned by manager or leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or related science discipline
- A minimum 2 years of relevant experience performing project management activities
- Experience Genomics and technology
- Experience in the life sciences or diagnostics industries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on a global landscape is preferred
- Detail oriented, ability to plan/ prioritize, and organization skills
- Ability to successfully multitask
- Experience working in a diverse, global environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving, ability to identify and resolve conflicts
The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
