Every day, Revvity Service Engineers help their customers enhance the productivity of their laboratory processes and drive high levels of satisfaction by delivering effective customer support. As a Service Team Member, you will represent the face of Revvity and drive best-in-class customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism. The territory is primarily Massachusetts but also covering the rest of the New England area, occasionally New York and some national travel too.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Communication
Installing, maintaining, validating, and repairing Revvity and/or multivendor instrumentation at customer sites with best-in-class service
Independently troubleshooting, resolving, and testing technical issues.
Accountability for assigned company assets to include: Company vehicle, tools, test equipment, telecommunications equipment, personal service parts inventory, or other company owned assets.
Completing all administrative tasks to include but not limited to time reporting and assigned training
Following documented process and procedures in providing repair and maintenance support
Support The Customer Relationship
Acting as primary Service liaison for customer, building a strong relationship ensuring their satisfaction
Performing installations and delivering customer training for instrument operation and user maintenance, one on one or in smaller group sessions.
Understand customer expectations and schedule work accordingly
Drive toward zero service recalls and minimal down time of all supported equipment
Providing scheduled preventative maintenance for contract customers, remedial maintenance for non-contract customers, and all warranty services applicable to Revvity supported products in the field.
Drive Organizational Growth
Communicating service offerings including training, support, software, laboratory services products and field upgrades
Contributing to account profitability through billable labor/travel, parts orders, billable install orders, moves and consumables.
Demonstrating knowledge of and adherence to the installation, warranty, and service agreement provisions to provide adequate billing information to the customer.
Enhancing Revvity’s product quality by proactively reporting improvement opportunities via the quality notification process

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field and 5 years of experience in instrument installation, repairs, maintenance
Valid driver’s license
OR
AS Degree in STEM field and 7 years of experience in instrument installation, repairs, maintenance
Valid driver’s license
OR
Highschool diploma or GED and 9 years of experience in instrument installation, repairs, maintenance
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Plate readers
Utilizing Luminescence and Fluorescence detection
Experience with Radiometric detection
Self-planning, strong sense of ownership and interpersonal skills
Willingness and ability for overnight travel
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, where change is a constant
Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to express information in a succinct and organized manner that is appropriate for the intended audience.
Self-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities.
Proactive in developing technical and soft skills to enhance Revvity’s value proposition to customers
Aptitude to learn new systems and retain technical information.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
