1）The annual planning for product line activities and the gains from dealer-initiated promotional activities require a dedicated person for planning, arrangement, and review, transforming scattered demands and resources into organized, value-delivering outcomes.2）The Taicang Transition Project requires a dedicated person to liaise with Taicang. This person will be responsible for communicating the team's requirements and the needs of dealers/customers to Taicang, while also synchronizing the progress of the Taicang project with the team. In addition to ensuring the smooth execution of current projects, she will also integrate market conditions and company resources to develop new collaborative projects that meet the demands of Chinese clients, thereby increasing sales.3）AI-Powered Customer Service: With the growth in business performance and the increase in customer numbers, customer inquiries are also rising. With the development of AI, there is now a plan to use AI to handle 50% of customer inquiries. This project is currently underway and requires a person responsible for the overall picture of the entire project. This person will be responsible for integrating people, processes, technology, resources, and information to form an efficient and collaborative whole, ensuring that the project outcomes are not just "completed" but also "done well."
