We are currently looking for an HR Working Student (Werkstudent) to join our HR team!
This position will be Working Student contract for 3 months based in Hamburg.
Role description:
Prepare, collect, and manage, file and digitalize all employment documents with deployment of HRSolVVE-Ticketing-System.
Support HR Team in with the documentation of HR operations/payroll processes.
Support HR Team with clean-up of employee records in the Workday-System and physical storage.
Prepare information material for employees distribute accordingly.
Participate in other HR projects and be a resourceful member of a highly engaged HR team.
Role requirements:
Student or graduate, preferably in human resources, administration, management, etc.
Native speaker/fluent German (min C1 level).
Fluent in English - at least CEFR B2 level.
Available for 20 hours per week for 3 months.
Emotionally mature and ethical, strong interpersonal skills.
Details focused, well-organized and stress resistant.
Takes the full ownership of delegated tasks.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office for work purposes.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
