We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Working Student / Intern to join our vibrant HR team. This role is ideal for students eager to learn the ins and outs of HR operations while making a real impact.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and managing employment documents using the innovative HRSolVVE-Ticketing-System.
  • Support the HR team with documentation for HR operations and payroll processes – perfect for gaining insight into how HR functions.
  • Help maintain and organize employee records in Workday and physical storage – a key part of the administrative side of HR.
  • Create and distribute informational materials for employees, helping to enhance internal communication.
  • Take part in exciting HR projects and contribute fresh ideas – you'll be an essential part of a collaborative, engaged team!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A student or recent graduate, ideally studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and comfortable communicating in English (minimum B2 level).
  • A strong communicator with interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Someone who takes ownership and responsibility for their tasks and loves to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and tech-savvy enough to handle HR software tools.
