  • Job Description:

  • Provide support for complaints, technical queries, or suggestions related to all Revvity products (Software, hardware, network, LIS), both remotely and on-site.
  • Support and configure instrument interfacing with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) using industry standards such as HL7, ASTM, or text-based protocols.
  • Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to develop next-generation IT solutions, such as middleware, remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and AI-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with client IT and laboratory teams to implement, validate, and troubleshoot connectivity between Revvity instruments and external LIS/HIS systems.
  • Analyse system requirements and integrate third-party or custom software solutions to existing infrastructures.
  • Perform complete lifecycle management of software systems including updates, validation, and testing.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues by analysing system test failures and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Interface and integrate LIS/HIS software with external systems (e.g., HL7/Text-based import-export protocols).
  • Support and Trained Internal Team for Technical queries related to Software, hardware, network when required.
  • Be in a position to provide basic training to customers, with regards to the software solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of LifecycleTM software, to support on-going training and to understand, the opportunities for localisation in Lifecycle (cut-offs,  additional biomarkers,  population parameter changes, local truncation limits etc).
  • Review customer data quarterly & help team with quarterly analytics.
  • Help with Pre-sales activities when needed.
  • Analysis of the data / written report / recommendations for changes to MoM & cut off values..
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT project management, software integration, and system lifecycle management.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance life cycle, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge in medical diagnostics or public health IT environments
  • Proficient in SQL database installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with ASTM/HL7/Text-based integration protocols.
  • Strong understanding of LIS/HIS systems, preferably in a healthcare/diagnostic setting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of laboratory Tests and protocols in a diagnostic context is an advantage.
