HR Technology Analyst
The Big Picture
As an HR Technology Analyst at Revvity, you'll be the technical backbone supporting our HR technology ecosystem beyond Workday. You'll troubleshoot complex integration issues, manage system security, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR technology solutions that drive our business forward.

Your Superpowers in Action
• Provide comprehensive technical support for the HR technology footprint beyond Workday, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage security protocols and access controls across HR technology platforms to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with the Workday integration team to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee system upgrades and updates, minimizing disruption to business operations while maximizing functionality.
• Partner with functional system owners to identify optimization opportunities and implement new functionality that enhances user experience.
• Participate in implementation projects for new HR technologies, contributing to assessment, planning, implementation, and hyper care stages.
Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting HR technology systems or similar enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts and experience working with APIs or other integration methods.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with HR technology systems (such as ATS, learning management systems, or case management, employee listening tools).
• Knowledge of security best practices for enterprise applications and data protection.
• Experience in technology implementation projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
