Responsible for the daily management and work allocation of warehouse staff, with a focus on supervising whether all operators strictly follow the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) when performing their tasks, ensuring that the operations are standardized and the records are complete.

Keep good communication and cooperation to ensure delivery with right parts, accurate batch quantity and timely shipment. Manage 3rd party warehouse supplier and forwarder to exchange right information, tracking transportation schedule to ensure customer complete receiving confirmation and revenue fulfillment.
发货管理，与各部门沟通协调，确保发货品种正确、数量批次准确、出库及时。管理好物流承运商，提供准确的信息，跟踪运输和签收情况，及时完成客户确认，支持完成销售额。
Receiving and issuing materials management to ensure receiving and issuing with right parts, accurate batch quantity and timely operating.
收发料管理，确保按照批次收发物料，做到品种正确、数量批次准确、收发料及时。
keep the same record for account, cards and real materials. keep good account for unqualified products, temporary storage materials and non-SAP materials. Organize daily cycle inventory and overall inventory twice a year to control inventory accurate rate
账物管理，对SAP物料做到账物卡一致，对不合格品、暂存物料和非SAP物料做好台账。组织日常循环盘点和每年两次整体盘点，控制盘差率。
Familiar with the variety, specification and performance of materials, reasonably arrange the storage space to improve the utilization of space.
熟悉物料的品种、规格、性能，合理安排储位提高空间利用率。
Identify occupational health and environment risk. Take action to employee safeguard and preventive to ensure no recordable safety accident.
识别仓储的职业健康和环境风险，做好员工防护措施和培训，确保无可记录安全事故
Responsible for other assignment from leader.
