Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist! In this role, you'll be ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors.

Role description:

  • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with superhuman accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintain vendor relationships with your charm and professionalism, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely payments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, using your keen eye for detail to spot trends and anomalies.

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar financial role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with good command of English (B2).

  • Ability to work from our Cracow's office at least 6 times per month.

Nice-to-have's:

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

  • Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CIMA).

  • Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
