Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist! In this role, you'll be ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors.
Role description:
Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with superhuman accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain vendor relationships with your charm and professionalism, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely payments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, using your keen eye for detail to spot trends and anomalies.
Role requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar financial role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with good command of English (B2).
Ability to work from our Cracow's office at least 6 times per month.
Nice-to-have's:
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CIMA).
Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
