Key Responsibilities
Champion the advancement of Revvity’s market presence for Immunodiagnostics in Europe by designing and implementing innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives. Leverage insights and analytics to inform targeted campaigns, ensuring every effort drives meaningful engagement, expands market share, and supports long-term business objectives.
Events
- Collaborate with the Events team, Sales Managers, and Distributors to organize country-specific marketing events. Manage the rollout of content across digital platforms, monitor key performance indicators, and provide detailed reporting on results. Lead the planning and execution of field events in partnership with vendors, ensuring all logistics and operations run smoothly.
- Leverage Immunodiagnostics and/or laboratory expertise to build meaningful customer engagement events in partnership with sales and product management.
- Design, plan and execute User Group meetings within the Europe region. Lead events with cross-functional stakeholders and KOL customers to ensure high value engagements, fostering a community of loyal Revvity customers and achieving long-term ROI.
- Manage small regional tabletop events with the local sales team. Coordinate calendar, promotional materials and effective lead capture for platforms events.
- Create CRM campaigns for field events. Report events lead metrics to regional marketing and sales leadership for follow up and action.
- Manage and track campaign and event budgets in Allocadia to meet AOP target investments
Digital Channels
- Plan and execute webinars, remote demo programs, social media campaigns, advertisements and respective content landing pages. Track progress, engagement, and results against defined metrics and measuring impact.
- Collaborate with marketing operations to execute email marketing campaigns, increase and nurture contact databases in marketing and customer resource management systems
Strategic Marketing:
Implement the marketing strategy, content and activities across Europe for Revvity’s Immunodiagnostics business
Strategic Marketing:
- Develop a focused strategic plan for Immunodiagnostics in line with commercial objectives, outlining key priorities and clear actions that drive sustainable growth and align resources with high-impact initiatives.
- Implement the global marketing strategy, content, and initiatives in the EU region for Revvity products, solutions, and services. Facilitate the sharing of best practices across the region to optimize marketing investment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze trends and insights to optimize marketing investment and performance, incorporating customer feedback. Assess customer experience across all channels and touchpoints and share voice of customer and business to upstream marketing.
- Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
- Oversee regional product launches, working with the global strategy and content teams to develop the regional go-to-market strategy
- Account Based Marketing: Build creative growth strategies with sales management to drive key account engagement
Marketing Operations
- Administration and alignment of the marketing budget with defined AOP metrics in Allocadia
- Reporting lead performance and funnel health versus defined metrics. Owner of SFDC lead generation dashboards to support lead performance monitoring and follow up with regional sales leaders
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration and/or the Bio Sciences field
- Minimum 6 years of similar experience in a marketing or sales role
- Global and/or Regional Marketing Experience in the Life Sciences and/or Diagnostic Field
- Experience working and launching new products in Life Sciences or diagnostic instruments
- Strong relationship building skills, team-player, with ability to influence remote groups across global geographies and experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong Interpersonal skills, working well within a team and independently
- Project management skills and the capability to prioritize competing requirements from the field sales team
- Sound understanding of sales processes and the ability to embed yourself in the commercial organization of the region
- Open to change and new information; adapt behavior and work methods in response to new information and changing conditions.
Preferred qualifications
- Master‘s degree in Marketing and/or Biosciences, Bio Medical Field
- Working knowledge of campaign management, CRM and marketing operations software
- Cross functional team experience in a matrix organization
- Embraces global citizenship, diversity, equity and inclusion
- Fluent business English. Additional EU languages preferred
This position is fully remote but requires travel to support regional events and campaigns across Europe, up to 25% of working time.
