Role description:
- Prepare, collect, and manage all employment documents,
- Oversee work time registration and provide ongoing user support to Work Time/Vacation data portal,
- Support HR Team in keeping employee’s records clean,
- Manage the flow of employment documents and provide advice/information in terms of typical labor and regulatory issues,
- Manager employees' benefits,
- Keep personnel records up-to-date, accurate and compliant,
- Together with the HR team support employee queries,
- Participate in other HR projects and be a resourceful member of a highly engaged HR team.
- Helping with sourcing the candidates and scheduling interviews.
Role requirements:
- Student or graduate, preferably in human resources, administration, management, etc.
- Very good English - at least CEFR B2 level,
- Available for at least 30 hours/per week,
- Emotionally mature and ethical, strong interpersonal skills.
- Details focused, well-organized and stress resistant,
- Takes the full ownership of delegated tasks,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office for work purposes,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
