Please note, this position’s working schedule is evening shifts (starting at 14:30 or 16:30) due to supporting North American clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Accounts Receivable Team in daily activities

  • Email communication regarding outstanding receivables with other teams and external clients to identify and resolve outstanding issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Support more experienced team members on administrative  tasks related to collections process

  • Perform reporting activities in MS Excel

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?

  • Motivated students willing to gain their first accounting experience.

  • Open person who would like to support other team members.

  • With experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word)

  • Very good English - at least B2

  • A person who pays strong attention to the details and accuracy of your work

  • With strong communication skills

  • Available to work US business hours (afternoons and/or evenings)
