Job Role and Responsibilities:
Own the annual price list, deal renewal, and service contract repricing cycle from a leadership standpoint — accountable for on-time delivery against the July–January roadmap
Present the monthly price performance review (PVM bridge, KPI dashboard) to regional and executive stakeholders
Serve as the second-level escalation point for DOA validation and market/margin pricing disputes that require judgment beyond routine cases
Own the functional requirements and prioritization for pricing tools built with IT/analytics (price list, deal/contract renewal, KPI monitoring, competitive analysis, business case generation)
Own the team's AI/automation vision — identify where manual work (reporting, price list build, deal renewal, escalation responses) can be automated, and prioritize this against the tool roadmap with IT/analytics
Manage, coach, and cross-train the team so coverage flexes between the annual cycle and daily escalation demand across the year
Maintain and enforce compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework
Build relationships with regional commercial leaders, finance, product management, service operations, and demand planning to keep the pricing process anchored in real business input
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years in pricing, commercial operations, or FP&A in a B2B environment
Experience managing or coordinating a small team
Strong Excel skills; working familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
Comfortable using AI tools to support daily analysis and reporting
Fluent English; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device industries
Exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools, and to working with IT/analytics teams on tool development
Experience identifying automation opportunities and working with technical teams to build AI-assisted tools or workflows
Experience with Delegation of Authority frameworks or similar governance structures
