Responsibilities:
Focus on Lead Management: Ensure all Leads coming from different sources and different Revvity companies are delivered appropriately to assignees based on products and regions.
Acts as a key partner to the Digital Demand Generation team to ensure end-to-end visibility into leads/interactions in SFDC, including Interaction assignment rule updates, addition of new fields and testing/validation of changes impacting lead management process.
Proactively monitors SFDC dashboards to identify funnel gaps or failures.
Owns lead management reporting, from ongoing reporting supporting Marketing strategies to ad hoc reports.
Aligns lead sources and campaign attribution logics and supports campaign impact tracking and ROI visibility.
Coordinates resolution of sync failures between Eloqua and SFDC and escalates recurring issues as needed.
Contributes to feedback loops that improve the relevance of lead information presented to sales reps in SFDC as well as lead scoring, targeting logic, and nurture program effectiveness over time.
Responsible for coordinating with Regional Commercial Operations leaders and teams to deploy process, systems, and tools across all global regions.
Works to develop and manage scope, monitor deliverable progress and escalate issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree.
Minimum of 6-10 years of experience.
Experience in marketing automation.
Needs to have experience in Salesforce, Advanced Excel, Experience in Visio (Preferred but not mandatory).
Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing; produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
Must be an analytical thinker with a strong financial mindset and the ability to solve problems proactively.
Strong operational mindset to create standardized, repeatable solutions and deliver them with accuracy and timeliness.
