Your Superpowers in Action
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for Core HCM processes.
- Address ambiguous business needs by delivering clear solutions and adapting to change.
- Provide support for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement with HR, IT, and related teams.
- Configure Core HCM business processes, including employee records, job management, and organizational structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM processes with other Workday modules.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline HR processes, partnering with HR leaders to implement improvements.
- Support global reporting and analytics related to Workday technology on a daily basis.
- Troubleshoot complex security and business process issues requiring deep Workday expertise.
- Assist with technology-related activities for acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration of new companies into Workday.
- Develop and document test scenarios to validate new features, enhancements, and process changes.
- Guide cross‑functional teams on configuration approaches, testing strategies, and system best practices.
- Design and deliver technology‑driven solutions to automate and enhance HR processes.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices to improve and streamline current workflows.
- Collaborate with integration and cross‑functional teams to resolve data and integration‑related issues.
Required Skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday Core HCM.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional documentation.
• Excellent data analysis and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills to work with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
