Sr. International Trade Compliance Specialist
The Big Picture
Are you ready to lead and shape Trade Compliance programs across EMEA? As a Sr. International Trade Compliance Specialist, you will ensure Revvity’s locations in the region adhere to all local and applicable governmental rules and regulations. You will take direct responsibility for the European Distribution Center and Customer Care operations, focusing on import/export formalities and broker/freight forwarder management. Additionally, you will support the Sr. Manager Regional Trade Compliance in empowering ITC Advocates and integrating acquired companies into compliance processes.

Your Superpowers in Action
- Oversee import/export formalities and manage relationships with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee customs compliance program management, including valuation methods and adherence to local/regional requirements for all Revvity sites in Europe.
- Support ITC Advocates in fulfilling their responsibilities and provide guidance on compliance processes.
- Assist in the integration of acquired companies into trade compliance programs and processes.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager Regional Trade Compliance to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with global compliance standards.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in International Trade Compliance or Customs Operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, broker management, and compliance program development.
- Good understanding of EU Customs processes.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting regional trade compliance initiatives and integrating acquired companies.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
