We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to handle recruitment processes in Poland.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage full cycle recruitment process for all level positions across Emerging Markets & Poland

  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role

  • Prepare and process hiring documentation and coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with the Human Resources department

  • Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent

  • Continually network with both active and passive external talent to build a proactive talent pipeline

  • Provide direction and counsel to Hiring Managers and Human Resource partners

  • Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions

  • Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies and procedures

  • Develop and undertake various Employer Branding activities to increase brand reach, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 year successful recruiting experience (preferably in SSC/BPO environment).

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.

  • Fluent English and Polish (both written and verbal).

  • Handling multiple projects at the same time, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Ability to work independently under deadline pressure.

  • Leveraging social media to source and attract talent.

  • Demonstrating business thinking and acumen.

  • Ability to work from our Cracow's office at least 6 times per month.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Contributing to Employer Branding initiatives.

  • Experience in pre-boarding and onboarding activities (being a single point of contact for hired candidate, scheduling onboarding sessions, conducting company trainings, etc.)
