Purpose

Are you ready to drive impactful sales, build lasting customer relationships, and make a real difference in the world of medical diagnostics? We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to lead sales efforts across the East Andalucía. In this role, you’ll promote our innovative diagnostic solutions, build strong relationships with new and loyal customers, adding value and providing support to ensure the optimal performance of our instruments and reagents. As a trusted partner to our customers, you’ll embody our company values while traveling throughout the central territory—each day offering new opportunities to connect, problem-solve, and create meaningful impact.

Sales & Prospecting

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads.
  • Organize and get opportunities for product demonstrations and provide first-level technical support.
  • Understand customer needs and position products and services effectively.
  • Maintain a strong, balanced sales pipeline to achieve targets.
  • Negotiate pricing to maximize value and minimize erosion.

Account Management

  • Develop and execute account penetration plans.
  • Manage territory effectively and track opportunities using CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events.

Other Responsibilities

  • University degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or Biotechnology)

  • Support continuous improvement and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Handle customer complaints and promote a safe working environment
