Purpose
Drive sales growth, increase market share, and minimize price erosion across assigned accounts in East Andalucía. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner by delivering value-driven solutions and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads.
- Organize and get opportunities for product demonstrations and provide first-level technical support.
- Understand customer needs and position products and services effectively.
- Maintain a strong, balanced sales pipeline to achieve targets.
- Negotiate pricing to maximize value and minimize erosion.
Account Management
- Develop and execute account penetration plans.
- Manage territory effectively and track opportunities using CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows and events.
