We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application/Business Consultant specializing in Pharma Research & Development to deliver exceptional professional service to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining trust with customers and implementing Signals solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will enhance our team's collaborative approach alongside the Japanese service team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Scope of Work Activities
- Deliver professional service for Signals solutions with Signals One at a center.
- Collaborate with the Signals One team and the Analytics team in Japan to implement the customer’s requirements.
- Develop expertise in the details of customer customizations and configurations to resolve issues more quickly.
- Collaborate with R&D and Support staff to resolve problems
- Creation and usage of public and internal knowledge content
- Be an evangelist of computerized systems in the Pharma/Biotech field
Skills and Competencies
Required
- Deep knowledge of the Customer’s business field
- Experience in system implementation, development of integration features in Web system context, like REST API
- Experience in the entire implementation workflow, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing and verification, and installation, with B2B systems.
- Native-level Japanese speaker with excellent English literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills
Nice to have
- Project Management Experience
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix Operating Systems
- Knowledge of network connections between SaaS and on-premises systems.
- Understanding Computerized System Validation
- Understanding of the workflows in Scientific Research
- Documentation skills using MS Office
- Scrum Master experience with SaaS implementation
