Receives all incoming products accurately in our inventory software system
Assures quality control and documents for the labeling that is placed onto newly received product
Prepares and organizes all outgoing shipments for customer orders and trade shows
Maintains the organization of the refrigeration & warehouse storage areas
Determine storage areas for incoming shipments and allocate appropriate space within the warehouse
Look through work orders to determine order picking activities and pick orders according to the specific instructions provided
Ascertain the quality and quantity of picked items and ensure that they are safely delivered to the delivery pallet
Assist in loading and unloading trucks and determining safe ways of stacking items on the truck and retrieving items in a safe manner
Arrange for carrier vehicle or pickup
Maintain files of shipping records
Attach identifying information and delivery instructions on containers
Organize records of goods shipped
Follows up on emails from our internal and external customers including issues with customs
Train all entry level SR associates
Keep logistics manager up to date of any escalations

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of shipping and receiving experience both domestic and international
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience using SAP WM
Experience with 3PL and LTL palletized shipments
Knowledge of commercial invoices and customs requirements
Knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship programs
Experience with inventory cycle counting
Must be able to work in a team environment and be detail oriented

Compensation Range:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $24.00 - 26.00 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
