Revvity is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics. Our subsidiary EUROIMMUN, specialized in in vitro diagnostics, is looking for a Junior Field Service Technician to strengthen its technical teams and ensure excellence in the services provided to our clients across Portugal.

Based in the Lisbon area with travel throughout Portugal, you will provide technical support and maintenance for our diagnostic equipment to our clients (hospital laboratories, private laboratories, and research institutions).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, preventive maintenance, and basic corrective maintenance of in-vitro diagnostic equipment.

  • Remote technical support and on-site support at customer facilities when necessary.

  • Support and training end users in equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.

  • Collaboration with senior technicians and technical support team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Technical education in Electronics with a strong practical focus, equivalent to completion of secondary education (12th grade).

  • Experience and technical aptitude for servicing medical equipment, electromechanical systems and hardware troubleshooting and repair.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of software and Windows operating systems, including but not limited to, system configuration and networks and communications setup.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers.

  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

  • Strong team spirit.

  • Willingness to travel within the entire Portuguese territory with nights out.

  • Earlier experience in technical support for clinical laboratory or in-vitro diagnostic equipment is a plus, but not mandatory
