What You'll Do:

Within 30 Days

• Complete onboarding, gaining familiarity with our SAP, Salesforce, and cloud infrastructure environments

• Provide feedback on your onboarding experience, embodying our value of continuous improvement

• Build relationships with finance teams, IT operations, and enterprise system administrators to understand integration pain points

• Gain basic understanding of our financial workflows, reporting processes, and existing automation tools

• Shadow senior developers on current AI automation projects to understand our technical stack and methodologies

Within 60 Days

• Develop prototypes for AI-powered financial data processing and analysis tools

• Contribute to prompt engineering strategies for financial document processing, invoice automation, and reporting workflows

• Participate in creating AI-driven integrations between SAP financial modules and our internal systems

• Collaborate on Salesforce AI integration projects, focusing on revenue forecasting and customer financial analytics

• Assist in building cloud-native AI solutions using AWS/Azure platforms for scalable financial automation

• Begin working on API integrations that connect AI models with enterprise financial systems

Within 90 Days

• Development of end-to-end AI automation workflows for accounts payable, receivable, or financial reporting processes

• Present AI solution prototypes to finance leadership, translating complex technical concepts into business value propositions

• Contribute to enterprise-grade AI model deployment on cloud infrastructure with proper security and compliance controls

• Develop and maintain integration pipelines between AI services and SAP/SFDC using cloud platforms

• Assist in evaluating AI performance against financial accuracy KPIs and user adoption metrics

• Mentor newer team members and contribute to our AI development best practices documentation

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Strong interest in enterprise AI applications, particularly in finance and ERP systems

• Familiarity with popular LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or others

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (Next.js preferred), Docker, and full-stack technologies

• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI model integration concepts

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Knowledge of API development and enterprise system integrations

Business & Soft Skills:

• Understanding of financial processes and enterprise software systems (SAP, Salesforce experience a plus)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with sensitive financial data

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Experience working with enterprise-grade security and compliance requirements

Bonus Qualifications:

• Previous experience with SAP modules (FI/CO, S/4HANA) or Salesforce development

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
