Are you a sales dynamo with a passion for driving results in the life sciences sector? Revvity is looking for an Account Manager / Sales Specialist to lead our T-SPOT.TB & CMV sales effort across France.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals for customers located within a defined geographic territory or account list, prospecting and developing business, responding to RFPs, and developing proposals for presentation to customer.

Duties include presenting Revvity capabilities in the marketplace, providing a first line of contact to our prospective customers, working to increase our market share, and representing Revvity in existing accounts.

Your key accountabilities will be:

Grow sales volume in France

  • Develop and execute business plans pushing on business expansion to new customers
  • Design and execute growth-oriented activities directed at our current customer base
  • Continue to develop strong relationships at diagnostic accounts and build relationship with key decision makers within those accounts. Regularly performs business analysis focused on the continuous improvement of sales processes and results
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting, updates and next steps within SFDC on a weekly basis as well as timely, accurate and competitive pricing to customers

Cultivate and enhance customer experience

  • Identify customers’s needs and guide them through Revvirty’s product portfolio and support services
  • Ensure a consultative role by maintaining technical selling capacities
  • Facilitates problem solving solution through training, information and product recommendation in collaboration with our field applications specialists

Sales / Collaboration excellence (collaboration with Segments more than application)

  • Perform timely and with accuracy all the sales, financials and administrative processes to guarantee sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Follow up inquiries about goods and services; maintain customer information utilizing Revvity’s customer relationship software (SalesForce)
  • Work with Product Support Scientists to provide effective technical, clinical and scientific support to our customers

Sales Excellence

  • Design a structured Business Plan focused on value generation for existing and new customers. Execution is based on prioritization of business expansion. Responsible for ensuring the territory prospect pipeline is populated with a balance of short, mid and long-term prospects sufficient for the continuous attainment of territory targets. Regularly performs business analysis focused on the continuous improvement of sales processes and results.
  • Cooperate with all teams (Service, Marketing, Tender administrators, Quality, Customer Care…) in a positive and collaborative environment with the common goals of PerkinElmer’s growth combined with customer and employee satisfaction. Participate in tradeshow/exhibitions.

Job requirements

  • Your scientific background (bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life science) helps you catching up with our technology, understand our customers and market trends and needs.
  • With 5-10+ years of sales experience, you can design and execute territory / business / key account plan.
  • Knowledge of Legal Agreement review & Tender management Technologically aware and up to date with strong knowledge of and focus on the customer, market and competitive technology helping build and lead sales cycles for client accounts
  • You know how to work autonomously, use your planning and organizational skills to prioritize revenue generating activities and maintaining customer relationship with the ability to engage in business relationships with individuals, groups and all stakeholders and excellent teamwork skills being comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
  • Team player, you facilitate the work environment by collaborating with all sales and support function, to ensure an accurate sales management.
  • Your communication style, negotiation and inter-personal skills empowers your customer-facing role
  • Fluent in French and English, you can be part of an international team
  • The role requires to travel 50-60% of your time, including 10% out of your core territory; a valid driving license is required.
