We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Technical Account Manager to drive business growth and strengthen customer partnerships across France within the Life Sciences sector. This hybrid role combines commercial responsibility with scientific and technicalexpertise, offering the opportunity to work closely with customers across both sales and application support activities.
The position is structured as approximately70% Technical Account Management for the French marketand30% Field Application Scientist support across Europe. In addition to managing and expanding customer accounts in France, the successful candidate will provide technical and applicationexpertiseto support customers, internal teams, and business development activities throughout Europe.
As a key point of contact for customers, you willidentifybusiness opportunities, deliver tailored technical solutions, and support clients throughout the entire customer journey — from pre-sales consulting to post-sales support. The role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys combining scientific knowledge with customer engagement in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the company’s sales strategy and manage the French territory.
Develop andmaintainstrong customer relationships and grow existing accounts.
Identifynew business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
Provide technical consulting, product positioning, and application support.
Support European customers and colleagues as a Field Application Scientist.
Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support, demonstrations, and training.
Travel regularly within France and occasionally across Europe for customer visits and industry events.
Qualifications
Proven experience in the Life Sciences industry.
Experience with radioactive materials or equipment is a strong advantage.
Laboratory experience in Life Sciences is preferred.
Degree in Chemistry or related scientific field preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic international environment.
