Packaging Technician I (Mid-Shift)

BioLegend, a division of Revvity, Inc., is seeking an energetic Packaging Technician I to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this fast-paced environment, you'll play a crucial role in processing and preparing high volumes of products for shipment, with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.

** Mid-Shift Hours are Noon-8:30pm**

Your Superpowers in Action

• Pick and process orders with meticulous attention to detail, including triple-checking for accuracy. Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to manage inventory and update product locations.

• Maintain an organized workspace adhering to 5S Standards (Sort, Set, Standardize, Shine, Sustain).

• Safely handle and prepare products for shipment, including occasional work with blue ice and dangerous goods.

• Consistently meet performance standards while ensuring quality in a high-volume environment.

Basic qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 6 months of related work experience.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred qualifications

• 6 months of related warehouse experience.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality standards while managing a large volume of orders.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management processes.

• Experience with safe handling procedures for laboratory materials and dangerous goods.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $19-21/ hour (including Packaging Technician I and II range). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. 

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
