BioLegend (a division of Revvity, Inc.) has an exciting new opportunity for a Product Specialist to provide support functions for the Strategic Marketing Group under the Marketing department. The Strategic Marketing is responsible for multiple activities related to new products release and on market product support. This position will provide essential functions for the launch of new products, including review of content to be published in Technical Data Sheets, assigning Marketing categories to new products, working on competitive intelligence programs, assisting with software account creations, and supporting the Marketing of new and existing products.

Essential Functions

  • Review the information and data for new product release Technical Data Sheets to ensure accuracy and quality, in a timely manner.
  • Assign Marketing categories for new product release activities as needed
  • Review and edit of protocols, manuals, and other product documentation.
  • Responsible for collecting forms and approvals related to product release, provide feedback to Product Development and Product Management teams.
  • Collect competitive intelligence information on pricing, promotions, and strategies.
  • Assist in writing and editing marketing content as needed. 

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

  • BS in one of these research fields: Immunology, Cell Biology, Genomics.
  • Experience with flow cytometry is strongly desired.

Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • 2 years or more of database entry or management
  • Experience in the biotech industry is an advantage
  • Must be able to effectively search and read primary literature, and be knowledgeable with research tools including websites, databases and instrumentation.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, dependable, and team player.
  • Must also have problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, and able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-65,000/year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. 

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
