Job Summary
BioLegend has an exciting new opportunity in our Custom Solutions team for a life science graduate with 1-3years’ experiencein the biotech or pharma industry.
TheCustomProject Coordinator willhelpcoordinate product manufacturingplanandcontribute toBioLegend’s mission of providing legendary customer service.
This role offers broad cross-functional exposure across the business, serving as a primary point of contact for key customer accounts — including VIP clients and biopharma partners. High performers will find meaningful opportunities for career growth, with pathways tailored to individual strengths and areas of specialization.Thesuccessful individual will demonstrate high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to stay on top of multiple projects using project and customer management software.
Essential Functions

Accurately interpret and translatecustomerrequirements into BioLegend custom specification forms
Liaise with internal departments to assess feasibility of requests to meet client needs(including but not limited tomaterial availability and demand forecasting)
Display strong interpersonal and communication skills that will build strong internal and external relationships to ensure high qualityreagent production
Own the end-to-end creation of customer-specific quotes in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client requirements
Create and manage newcatalognumbers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) in strict accordance with departmental SOPs and data integrity standards
Updateand documentchanges to project specifications in a timely mannerand relay tointernal teams to ensure successful project completion
Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity
Other projects orresponsibilitiesmay be requiredbased on business needs
Some weekend work is needed
Minimum Qualifications–Education and Experience
BS in life sciences
1-3 years experience in the biotech or pharma industry
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
Experience in a lab environment
Understand common assays like SDS-Page, SEC, and Endotoxin testing (gel clot)
Experience with CRM software (SalesForce)
Experience with ERP software (Microsoft NAV Dynamicsor D365)

The base salary range for this full-time position is $26.44 - $30.00/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
