Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, and operational capacity.
Develop demand and supply planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and product availability.
Oversee sales order processing, billing, and fiscal documentation, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution.
Manage import and export operations, coordinating customs clearance and international logistics partners.
Monitor inventory performance, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions to prevent stockouts and excess.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and predictive models using advanced Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
Maintain ERP master data and standard operating procedures, driving continuous process improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ANVISA) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
Act as a key liaison between customers, logistics providers, quality, regulatory, legal, and finance teams.
Serve as a technical reference within the supply chain team, promoting best practices and operational excellence.
