Technical Support and Maintenance• Perform installation, removal, preventive and corrective maintenance on diagnostic equipment and instruments • Execute basic equipment programming and configuration per technical specifications and customer needs • Verify component parameters and functionality, identifying parts requiring replacement or adjustment • Request replacement parts following established procedures to ensure maintenance availability • Troubleshoot equipment failures using technical knowledge and diagnostic protocols
Training and Customer Support• Conduct basic operational training for users and technical teams on proper equipment operation • Monitor laboratory routines to identify equipment utilization improvement opportunities • Provide remote support for low to medium complexity technical issues • Demonstrate equipment functionality to internal and external customers • Follow customer service schedules ensuring punctuality and service quality
Documentation and Procedures• Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment maintenance and operation • Maintain current work order completion, properly documenting all technical interventions • Consolidate, update and transmit technical documentation related to equipment and services • Record detailed maintenance activities, replaced parts and adjustments made • Contribute to department technical knowledge base maintenance and updates
Commercial Support and Market Intelligence• Support commercial department in service sales promotion by providing accurate technical information • Evaluate and communicate competitor actions observed during customer visits • Identify additional service or upgrade sales opportunities during technical visits • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention through quality technical service • Collect customer feedback on equipment performance and unmet needs
Quality and Continuous Improvement• Strictly follow established technical procedures ensuring quality standard compliance • Identify and report improvement opportunities in maintenance and technical support processes • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to technical areas • Stay updated on technical updates and new equipment versions • Contribute to technical process standardization and best practices
