Role Summary:
The Cultural Activator brings Revvity's culture to life across European locations through strategic storytelling, engaging communications, and meaningful experiences. This role serves as the vital bridge between our global culture and regional implementation, ensuring our values, purpose and business strategies resonate authentically with all our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Manage Global Initiatives to enable employee engagement, two-way communication and feedback loops that ensure employees feel informed, heard, and connected.
Design and deliver compelling narratives that translate our culture, business strategy and purpose into meaningful stories that inspire and engage our employees around the world. Identify and share regional success stories that deserve global visibility, Build and nurture a network of ambassadors who can amplify our messaging
Shape the content and narrative of company-wide forums—including QLT, functional town halls, and all-employee meetings—and serve as a strategic partner to site and regional leaders to elevate communication quality and engagement.
Ensure message consistency across regions and audiences by crafting globally resonant communications that respect local nuances and context.
Enhance leadership visibility by drafting talking points, async video scripts, and communications that foster authenticity, trust, and alignment.
Through the People Experience & Culture Survey, measure the impact of strategy, cultural activation and deploy action plan to bridge any gap identified
Understand industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement and communication to propose and deploy new opportunities to engage and inform our colleagues.
Qualifications
Significant employee experience, project management, employee engagement experience
Background in communication, organizational storytelling or project management
Track Record of Project Management at global scale
Experience of working in a matrix environment, ideally across a large global footprint
Deep understanding of culture as a strategic driver of engagement and retention.
