Key Responsibilities
This role is a combination of Operational Marketing and Strategic Marketing.
Operational Marketing:
- Event Marketing: Execute and coordinate field marketing events, with primary onsite support in Korea and remote coordination for Oceania. Liaise with external vendors to organize event logistics and track event costs against budgets.
- Create CRM campaigns for field events and report on events lead metrics.
- Coordinate country marketing events with Solutions Portfolio Managers and the Events team, ensuring seamless execution across both Korea (onsite) and Oceania (remote).
- Social Media marketing: Plan and execute social media campaigns, create social media content, advertisements and respective content landing pages including tracking the progress, engagement, and results
- Email marketing: work with marketing operations to execute email marketing campaigns, track, analyze and report results. Increase and nurture our contact database in marketing and customer resource management systems
- Brand marketing: Maximize the activation of the Revvity brand across multiple channels and events to raise awareness and customer engagement through BTB and BTC
- Funnel Management: Track campaign performance via Salesforce and PowerBI platforms. Monitor funnel health by working with the commercial organization and modifying the marketing plan to adapt the market environment
Strategic Marketing:
- Implement the marketing strategy, content and activities in Korea and Oceania for both Life Sciences and Diagnostics.
- Customer insights: Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Account Based Marketing: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for our key accounts.
- Deploy regional market sizing, segmentation and targeting strategies, rolling up to inform the global approach
- Proactively engages with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
- Oversee regional product launches, working with the global strategy and content teams to develop the regional go-to-market strategy
- Responsible for building the AOP plan for Korea and Oceania region
