Lead sales and service support activities for reagents (Life science and Genomics) including channel management, key account management, identification of new target markets and regions, improvement of overall market share and profitability, after sales support and customer satisfaction. 
Accountable and responsible for territory’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) including revenue targets, prime and gross margins and over-all profitability for the territory.
Provide direction and strategic initiatives to accelerate revenue and margin growth of in the region for reagents.
Manage reagent sales function both direct as well as indirect sales channels.
Manage reagent application support and function to ensure strong levels of customer satisfaction, account stability and growth.
Provide regular territory forecasts on sales performance within the territory to the country leader.
Work cooperatively and in partnership with regional Product Managers and other Business leaders to help drive reagent business success. 
Execute the performance management process, which includes objective setting, development planning and quarterly/annual performance reviews; Conduct individual and team meetings on a regular basis
Monitor performance improvement issues and provide appropriate coaching and counselling
Utilize contact database (SFDC) and other resources to obtain contact information, new accounts and other sales opportunities Page 2 of 3 Revvity Proprietary Information
Collaborate with the platforms team to ensure appropriate lead and customer and market information is shared and contributes to the overall growth of the Life science business.
