- Lead pre‑sales applications support for the Revvity reagent portfolio (e.g., Alpha, HTRF/TR‑FRET from CisBio, Horizon, GPCR assays, ATPLite), including needs assessment, assay design, demos, and proof‑of‑concept studies.
- Deliver post‑sales training, onboarding, and troubleshooting; optimize assay performance and transfer best practices to customer teams.
- Translate customer requirements into complete solutions by pairing reagents with compatible detection; collaborate closely with sales and partners.
- Prepare technical proposals, protocols, and data packages; present seminars and workshops for pharma/biotech, academic, and government/CRO audiences.
- Operate as an individual contributor while coordinating cross‑functional activities and maintaining organized project timelines across Korea, primarily Seoul.
- Works with vendors, partners, and sales to ensure that optimum solutions are provided for new and existing customers.
- Work with management to support the execution of business plans to meet or exceed the sales target.
KEY CAPABILITIES REQUIRED
Academic Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Major in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell biology, Biotechnology, Bio engineering or equivalent disciplines.
- Hands‑on expertise in at least two of the following: HTRF/TR‑FRET, AlphaScreen/AlphaLISA, cell‑based GPCR assays, ATPLite/cell viability, HTS workflows, microplate reader operation and assay development.
- Postgraduate degree highly desirable (M.Sc or Ph.D)
Work Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or academic life science laboratory with a strong foundation in immunoassays.
Key capabilities expected for the job
- Experience engaging drug discovery and screening customers in Korea (pharma/biotech, academic, government/CROs) with strong presentation and collaboration skills and a customer‑first mindset.
- Fluency in Korean and business‑level English.
- Willingness to travel primarily within Korea (e.g., Seoul, Daejeon, Busan), with 1–2 international trips per year.
