• Service Support for customers:
Perform installation, customer training, PM, to ensure the instrument working condition at customer site; improve customers satisfaction
• Service training:
Perform specific product service training, prepare training material, conduct the training and practice, including installation, PM, alignment, troubleshooting
• Problem solving:
Propose technical solution to customers, reduce customer complaints, figure out the root cause; take preventive action
• Customer visit and troubleshooting support:
Initial customer visit and PM to improve customer satisfaction and reduce instrument failure rate; provide fast response to troubleshooting support to meet customer need
• Distributor support:
Provide technical support to distributors; provide quotation and service report according to corporate policy and workflow
Provide remote support for regional distributors for technical related issues
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
