• Solid experience in leading successfully multiple, large, complex, full-lifecycle system implementations (examples could be one of the following - eCommerce, CRM, MDM, Data & Analytics etc.).
Strong understanding of technical architectures including solution, integration and data architecture including multi-cloud deployment models.
Experience in managing external consultants and system integrators.
Manage, lead, and grow Digital talent ensuring that the team is right sized by platform (CRM, Web, ERP, DW, MDM etc.) with the up-to-date skills & knowledge to operate platforms.
Partner with peer Digital leaders to track and manage resource capacity and utilization within the team. Build and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Work with Enterprise architect to help set strategic direction and follow new and/or existing standard frameworks for applications
Hold teams to high standards in software development, speed of delivery, architecture and secure design, and code quality using modern DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Ensure end-to-end testing and change management is fully integrated into system implementation and cutover/migration planning.
Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to lead & influence cross functional and multinational teams & navigate within a matrix organization.
Foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement through collaboration, coaching, mentoring, feedback and clear measurable outcomes. Assess market trends and competitive insights and feed a “forward thinking” technology roadmap that solves business problems to transform Revvity operations.
Lead day-to-day operations and execution of initiatives for Digital teams in Mumbai using scaled agile practices. Manage capacity and resource allocation based on priorities provided through our intake process or by functional leaders; identify resource bottlenecks and ensures backups. Manages local consulting vendors.

• Provide mentorship and development opportunities to technical team members. Define succession and career path opportunities and address any people topics of the India team, including goal setting, performance reviews, or conflicts.
Develop and execute a comprehensive people and organizational strategy aligned with the global company's goals and the strategic direction provided by Digital sub functions. Participate in strategic stakeholder communications.
Should have prior experience with Agile delivery and Atlassian/Jira and Service Now toolset.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities for self and team.
Capability to adapt quickly to changes in the digital landscape and respond effectively to new challenges.
Lead and ensure creation of artifacts documenting the application, integration, security and data architecture
Encourage the use of existing digital technologies to automate and simplify repetitive tasks

• Bachelor’s in information systems or computer science. MBA would be preferred.
• LifeSciences and Diagnostics Industry is preferred.
The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of overall experience and 10 years of leadership responsibility managing and developing organizations and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
10+ years of working experience in scaled Agile environments Change Management, Project Management, SDLC, Computer Validation, and Data Integrity.
10+ years of working experience in CRM, e-commerce platforms with 5+ years on Salesforce platforms and MDM Solutions.
10+ years of combined experience in managing application teams and implementing solutions for Data & Analytics, ERP and Business applications.
Expertise in managing global teams and should have worked on different time zones.
Should have expertise in architecture domain.
Someone who is client & customer centric, with demonstrated leadership presence and maturity.
Ability to influence across multiple levels and functions of an organization, with exceptional communication skills in written and verbal form.
Ability to make effective decision-making for the desired outcomes which will be helpful to identify the relevant information and criteria needed to make the decision. Have worked in matrix driven culture.
Should be a self-starter to set clear and specific goals for the team and develop a plan of action to achieve those goals.
