Location: Mumbai
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including but not limited to MBR/QBR P&L forecasts and actuals, Revenue & Margin Walks, Foreign exchange analysis, Organic growth analysis, AOP preparation & publication, Quarterly pacing, various operating expenses reporting and analysis including G&A and Quarterly earnings-related reporting encompassing Key metrics, Revenue & EPS Walk, P&L Stacks and Summary, Earning Books preparation.
· Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting capabilities and assist in implementing solutions.
· Drive projects to digitize analytics and reporting capabilities, while identifying, simplifying and streamlining financial reporting systems.
· Deliver impactful, accurate and on-time financial reporting.
· Collaborate with Finance leaders to develop a standard catalogue of financial reports and operational metrics that drive action and improve financial results.
· Support ad hoc analysis and requests from senior leadership, ensuring impactful and timely insights.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Management or Economics.
· MBA in Finance must.
· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in FP&A role i.e., finance or business/commercial operations experience.
· Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing; produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
· Must be an analytical thinker with a strong financial mindset and the ability to solve problems proactively.
· Strong operational mindset to create standardized, repeatable financial reports and deliver them with accuracy and timeliness.
· Highly accountable and driven business professional
· Proficient in Essbase/HFM, SAP, Power BI, Business Objects, SQL, Advance MS Office skills especially in Excel
