We are looking for a highly motivated Indirect Procurement Specialist – IT Hardware & Software to support our global procurement organization. This role is responsible for managing sourcing activities, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and commercial optimization across IT Hardware, Software, SaaS, Cloud, and Technology Services.
The successful candidate will collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver cost savings, mitigate supplier risks, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while enabling business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Carry sourcing initiatives for IT Hardware, Software, SaaS subscriptions, Cloud Services, and Professional Services.
Execute RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations- complete PR to PO process.
Develop sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, innovation, and supplier performance.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contract renewals, software licensing models, and service-level agreements.
Manage supplier relationships and conduct business reviews
Partner with Legal to negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, and software licensing agreements.
Work closely with Information Security and Compliance teams during supplier onboarding and risk assessments.
Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and spend optimization.
Track contract renewals and proactively manage renewal pipelines to avoid auto-renewals.
Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities.
Maintain supplier performance scorecards and key procurement metrics.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA), and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Indirect Procurement with a focus on IT categories.

Cloud Services
IT Professional Services
Telecommunications
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
Experience managing global suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Knowledge of contract negotiations and procurement governance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle etc.
Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
Knowledge of software licensing models including Microsoft, Adobe, VMware, Oracle, AWS, Google Cloud, and other enterprise software providers.
Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or ITIL not must but added advantage
