Responsibilities:

  • Establish, Optimize & enhance AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define AI project use cases, requirements, and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Production technical support to business teams on existing AI models (Generative AI, Automations Workflows) & work towards building AI/ML framework using PyTorch & TensorFlow.
  • Develops clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI and related concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contributes to the establishment of best practices and standards for AI development within the organization.
  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and explaining technical issues and approaches to a non-technical audience.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to other team members.
  • Creates and delivers end-user training and documentation and provides second-line support to other users.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and software engineering is preferred. Experience working with large language models such as Open AI GPT-3/4, LLaMA2, PaLM2, Claude2, Anthropic with use cases taken to production.
  • Hands-on experience with Open AI LLMs, Retrieval Augment Generation (RAG) & Prompt Engineering,
  • Proficient in Python and have experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Ability to build and develop setup with regards to Supervised Learning.
  • Familiar with cloud-based platforms and services, such as Azure or AWS or Google Cloud
  • Hands on experience with process automations, workflows with tools like Microsoft Power Automation, Power Apps is a great plus.
  • Demonstrated ability in .NET technologies using C# as well as related modern development languages and frameworks such as .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REACT, etc.
  • Experience with adherence to a Software Development Methodology like SCRUM and DevOps practices and tools like GitHub, Azure DevOps or other such tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with both users and technical staff in team-oriented environments.
  • Good oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Ability to work successfully and independently in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.
  • The ability to be self-directed and learn new technologies quickly is also paramount as the AI technology landscape continues to change rapidly.
  • Highly motivated, positive attitude and able to work independently with little supervision.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BE degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 7-10 years of overall experience.
