Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate weekly global cash balance reporting process, including data aggregation for over 150 local operating subsidiaries.
  • Prepare global liquidity variance analysis and trend reporting to support deeper understanding of cash balances, and intercompany cash mobilization opportunities.
  • Work with global finance teams to organize and execute transactions that will optimize geography of cash on the consolidated balance sheet.
  • Drive initiatives to develop and improve Treasury reporting and analysis capabilities, especially related to Free Cash Flow.
  • Assist the Sr. Treasury Analyst/Cash with global bank account administration, and daily cash accounting operations.
  • Assist the Sr. Treasury Analyst/FX Risk with FX exposure data aggregation and analysis.
  • Support ad hoc projects and analysis as required, such as preparation of insurance applications, activities related to acquisition integration, and other requests from the Director of Global Treasury, and the VP Chief Accounting Officer & Treasurer.
  • Strong SAP knowledge.
  • This is a Mumbai based Hybrid role. (3 days mandatory work from office).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury/Finance or Master’s degree in business management, accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience in Treasury.
  • Possesses a strong sense of ethics and high level of integrity.
  • Strategic thinker, self-starter with strong sense of ownership, bias for action and results, always driving improvements, simplification & transparency.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage expectations, and deliver on commitments.
  • Ability to communicate, partner, and influence both cross-functionally and in a matrixed environment across all levels of the organization.
  • Executive presence and ability to work closely with the senior leadership team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be open-minded, team-oriented, collaborative, positive, curious, with a strong passion for business and continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite, HFM, Essbase, TIBCO Spotfire, Salesforce and OpenAir a plus
