Revvity is currently looking for a Global Learning and Development Project Manager to our location in Turku.

The Turku Site, with over 500 employees, represents one of Revvity’s major manufacturing and product development sites for newborn, maternal fetal health, and prenatal screening. As the global market leader in newborn screening, our solutions have tested over 700 million babies worldwide for life-threatening diseases.

The position covers:

Project Management:

  • Architect and deploy a global governance framework to uniformly address learning requirements, initiating with a methodical protocol for needs assessment, progressing to the measurement and validation of educational interventions.

  • Perform end-to-end project management of learning projects (initiation, analysis, planning and development, implementation, and transition to maintenance)

  • Craft compelling educational materials to bolster the adoption of novel programs and learning methodologies, including but not limited to: dynamic email content, instructional videos, informative brochures, interactive presentation slides, comprehensive facilitator guides, practical job aids, evaluative assessments, and feedback surveys.

Curriculum Development:

  • Collaborate with internal partners to pinpoint and bridge proficiency gaps, aligning skill enhancements with organizational goals through joint solution development.

  • Engage with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct a thorough needs analysis and establish a globally relevant repository of educational content tailored to those needs.

  • Design and develop learning objectives that directly tie to the appropriate level of evaluation, followed by a thoughtful approach to reporting on whether the objectives were achieved

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all global learning activities, establishing the criteria necessary for constructing comprehensive learning scorecards and analytical dashboards, and aggregating data from diverse platforms to present a unified narrative of the efficacy of learning programs.

  • Partner with stakeholders on continuous learning improvements and informed decision-making processes that are substantiated by data and correlated with the desired changes to employee behavior.

  • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and make business recommendations that support the strategic talent objectives of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a secondary degree preferred

  • 8+ years of experience managing projects required, related to Learning or Talent management preferred 

  • Deep knowledge of Life Sciences industry required; knowledge of regulatory industry requirements related to learning preferred

  • Excellent presentation skills, allowing for ability to deliver virtual and/or in-person training to internal audiences, as needed

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while delivering projects on time.

  • Must be detail-oriented, motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, while demonstrating a positive attitude focused on finding solutions.

  • Experience with both a Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) strongly preferred

  • Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and advanced skills in PowerPoint and Word required, experience using Power BI preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment

  • Fluent in Finnish and English required.
