At Revvity, we're on a mission to improve human health through science and innovation - and protecting the data that powers that mission is critical. We're looking for a Privacy and Data Protection Analyst to join our global Data Protection Office and help us build a world-class privacy compliance programme.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll work at the intersection of law, technology, and business - supporting teams across our Life Sciences and Diagnostics segments worldwide. If you're passionate about data protection, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want your work to genuinely matter, this could be the role for you.

Please note that this is a hybrid role, offering 3 days onsite and 2 days remote working.

What You'll Be Doing

Commercial Privacy Support

  • Partner with Legal and commercial teams on privacy questions arising from tenders, RFPs, and customer due diligence processes

  • Prepare compliance responses, complete privacy questionnaires, and compile supporting documentation

  • Escalate complex or novel issues to the Data Protection Officer with clear, well-reasoned analysis

Regulatory Monitoring

  • Monitor evolving European privacy legislation and identify developments relevant to Revvity's operations

  • Translate regulatory changes into clear, actionable summaries for the Data Protection Officer and key stakeholders

Compliance Programme Support

  • Conduct assessments to identify compliance gaps across Revvity's global operations

  • Maintain and update records of processing activities, compliance tracking tools, and programme documentation

  • Work with regional teams to gather data and drive continuous improvement in data protection maturity

Data Processing Agreement (DPA) Review & Negotiation

  • Review DPAs from customers, vendors, and partners against Revvity's standard positions

  • Negotiate standard contractual terms and flag material deviations to the Data Protection Officer

  • Manage a steady pipeline of agreements with accuracy and efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Information Security, IT, Procurement, and commercial functions to embed privacy requirements into business processes and vendor workflows

  • Conduct and document Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)

  • Support the handling of data subject rights requests in line with regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a privacy, legal, compliance, or data governance role

  • A solid understanding of GDPR and European data protection law

  • CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar privacy certification preferred

  • Confidence reviewing and negotiating data processing agreements

  • Fluent business English is essential and proficiency in a second European language would be desirable

  • Strong written communication skills - you are skilled at making complex topics clear and concise

  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment
